About the role

Dashverse is seeking a Creative Technologist specializing in image/video generation models (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Hunyan, Kling etc.) to innovate on Dashtoon Studio and Frameo.AI, our platforms for AI-generated comics and video.

You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and engineering — experimenting with open models, building workflows, and pushing the boundaries of AI-driven storytelling. Using tools like ComfyUI, Gradio, Label Studio you’ll explore new methods to leverage image & video generation models to create workflows utilizing components like Loras, Controlnets, etc.

Freshers are welcome; experience is secondary to proven capability and creative curiosity.

Requirements

• Passion for pop culture, manga, manhwa, anime, comics and cinema.
• Strong understanding of image generation workflows:
  • text to image
  • image to image
  • inpainting
  • controlnet
  • face swap
  • … and others
• Understanding of model components (text encoder, sampler, VAE, etc.).
• Proficiency with ComfyUI (mandatory) and other AI interfaces and products.
• Ability to fine tune an image generation model end to end by yourself using the latest techniques such as Lora.
• Familiarity with basic software engineering:
  • Terminal, SSH, GitHub, Python code reading.
• Techno-optimist mindset with problem-solving agility.

Bonus Points for

• Publicly uploaded models/projects on Civit / Huggingface / Gituhb projects are a bonus.
• Experience creating content, images or videos with Flux or Stable Diffusion or any other AI model.
• Proof of previous AI-generated creative work.
• Actively engaged with the AI community (Discord, Reddit).
